You have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by ZedPing at any time. This includes your account information, contact lists, message logs, and any other data associated with your account.
Submit your request
Send an email to hello@zedping.app with the subject line 'Data Deletion Request'. Include your registered email address and business name.
Verification
We will verify your identity within 2 business days to confirm the request is coming from the account holder.
Deletion
Once verified, all your personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days. This includes your account, contacts, message logs, automations and templates.
Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete. Please note that deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
